For health, safety and quality - control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of cigars once they are shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact High Plains Cigar within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. If determined that the product was damaged during shipping, defective, or sent in error, we may provide at our discretion: a replacement product; store credit; or a refund.
Normal variations in cigar, wrapper, color, texture, shape, or appearance are natural characteristics of handmade tobacco products and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping addresses. High Plains Cigar is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
